At the beginning of the 1974-1975 Academic Year, the college was established as part of the Ege University being the first college in its area. Our school was connected to Dokuz Eylül University in 1982 and to Adnan Menderes University in 1992.
In the 1996-1997 Academic year, it moved from Aydin to Kusadasi and continues its education activities in Kusadasi.
With the ruling published in the Official Gazette (May 16, 2013) under the Council of Ministers, it was decided to establish the University of Tourism and Hotel Management College as the Faculty of Tourism.
Graduate and Ph.D. degrees are also offered at our faculty.
Its project consists of a total of 5 blocks, however; the faculty continues education as two buildings currently.
In our new building, there are 12 theoretical classrooms equipped with 70-seat intelligent boards, a laboratory for food and beverage service, a kitchen laboratory for food production, and 2 computer laboratories for 30 persons each. In addition, there are 1 cafeteria, 1 canteen and 1 library.
