The International Veterinary Students' Association (IVSA AYDIN-International Veterinary Students' Association), which continues its activities actively within our university, took part in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) between 20-25 February 2023. ) IVSA Latvia members were hosted.
During the short-term student exchange visit, Latvian students were learning about our University and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. They also had the opportunity to get to know Aydın City and Turkish Culture closely. During the event, trainings such as "Preparing Anatomical Models with 3D Printers" and "Approach to Experimental Animals" were organized by our university faculty members. In addition, technical trips were organized to Arif Gürdal Agricultural Enterprise, Ä°zmir Sasalı Natural Life Park and Tabit Smart Village. On the other hand, cultural visits were made to Aydın Province and its surroundings.
Within the scope of this student exchange program, our students, who are members of IVSA AYDIN Student Club, made a return visit between 6-11 March 2023. During this visit, Latvian University of Life Sciences Faculty of Veterinary hosted IVSA Latvia student community, while achieving new professional achievements within the possibilities of the university, they also had the opportunity to get to know the country's culture closely within the scope of the event.
