Maria ZARCO and Miriam FLORES, students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Córdoba, Spain, studied at Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine as incoming exchange students for two semesters during the 2025–2026 academic year through the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies programme.
During their full academic year at our Faculty, Maria and Miriam participated in academic life and gained a range of educational, social and cultural experiences. In the video, they share their impressions of studying in Aydın in their own words.
Maria describes the knowledge she gained in veterinary medicine, the warm and welcoming people she met, her appreciation of Turkish cuisine and the personal growth she experienced. Miriam highlights the sincere welcome they received from faculty members and students and explains how living and studying in a new country became a valuable and memorable experience.
Their Erasmus+ mobility contributed not only to their academic development but also to intercultural interaction, mutual understanding and the formation of new friendships.
