Mühendislik Fakültesi, 2008 yılında kurulmuş olup, bünyesinde Makine, İnşaat, Gıda, Elektronik ve Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümleri bulunmaktadır. Fakültemiz Makine Mühendisliği Yüksek Lisans programı eğitim/öğretim faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.

Ulusal ve evrensel değerler ışığında geleceği yaratma becerisine sahip mühendisler yetiştirmek, var olan birikimleri ile bilim ve teknoloji üretmek, sanayici ile birlikte, sanayinin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik araştırmalar yapmaktır.

Uluslararası düzeyde hizmet verebilecek donanıma sahip önder mühendisler yetiştiren, çağdaş eğitim ve araştırma stratejilerinin oluşturulması ve teknolojiye uygulanmasında dünyada yetkinliği kabul edilen bir fakülte olmaktır.

Mühendislik alanlarında ileri düzeyde bilimsel araştırma, eğitim-öğretim, yayın yapmak, danışmanlık hizmetleri vermek, toplumsal hizmet alanlarında, etkin, verimli, rekabetçi olmayı, üstün performansa odaklanmayı, uluslararası tanınırlığı ve saygınlığı hedeflemiş, paydaşları ile birlikte sürekli iyileştirmeyi benimsemiş olmak, yürürlükte bulunan yasalara ve yükseköğretim etik kurallarına bağlı kalarak, araştırmacı, girişimci, ekip çalışmasına yatkın, analiz ve sentez yapma yeteneği gelişmiş, çevre bilincine ve toplumsal duyarlılığa sahip mühendisler ve bilim insanları yetiştirmek, bu amaçla eğitim-öğretim ve araştırma alt yapısını sürekli olarak iyileştirmek; şeffaf, doğru ve güvenilir hizmet üretimini sağlayarak toplam kalite kültürünün yerleşmesini sağlamak birimin başlıca amaçlarındandır.

2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi bünyesinde Gıda, İnşaat ve Makine Mühendisliği bölümlerine kabul edilen öğrenciler, Merkezi Dersliklerde lisans öğretimine başlayacaktır. Üniversite Makro planında öngörülen 8.200 m2 oturma alanına sahip binalar tamamlandığında toplam 25.000 m2 fiziki alanda eğitim öğretime devam edilmesi planlanmaktadır.

1. In Mathematics, natural sciences and mechanical engineering, department has the sufficient infrastructure; the ability to use the theoretical and practical information for engineering solutions 2. The ability to identify, define, and solve the formula for complex engineering problems; the ability to select and apply for the appropriate analytical methods and modelling techniques 3. To meet desired needs of a system, system component, or process, analysing and designing skill under realistic constraints; in this respect, the ability to apply the methods of modern design 4. The ability to use and choose modern techniques and tools for required engineering applications and; the ability to use information technology effectively 5. The ability to design the experiment, collect the data for the experiment and interpret to analysing results 6. The ability to use computer software and hardware information, access to information and other information sources 7. The ability to work individually and with multidisciplinary teams effectively, taking responsibility self-confidence for complex situations 8. The ability to communicate with foreign colleagues by having high level of foreign language knowledge in the field of engineering 9.
