"Unit Quality and Self-Evaluation Commission" Continues Its Studies.
Dean Prof. Dr. Yelda ÖZSUNAR DAYANIR made an informative presentation on "Total Quality Management" for academic and administrative staff on 15.09.2020. In her presentation,dean gave very useful information about "steps of total quality management, general quality principles and total quality principles". Dean emphasized that student satisfaction in quality is a fundamental goal, and the importance of volunteering, motivation, and efficiency concepts in quality studies. After the presentation, the meeting ended with the questions and suggestions of the participants.
